    I've edited your dsdt already as you wanted for battery and waiting for you. Here is the edited dsdt for battery icon of yours as you've asked me before.

    I entered your dsdt and in fact the battery now works ,
    but the sleep is not to be or rather goes as you know.
    I changed these days getting this dsdt sleep perfect even with everything perfect except the battery.
    I can make changes to this dsdt please

    Could you please provide your specifications? It would also be nice to place a clean DSDT, so we could help you patching it from scratch.
    ok, this is a Samsung Serie 7 Pc Slate Tablet osx 10.8.2 ... following the guide present in your forum I got these files...
    I have a problem also in brightness .. this is acceptable but a little low ....

    unless it comes out from sleep or attacked the external power
