Thanks for the reply Bronxteck, Thats good info on the Haswell E CPU patch.

AMD made specific versions of these cards for Mac, the W7100 is an 8GB PC card, but I'm imagining it's not mainstream enough to have any patches.

I'm having a little trouble trying to find info on this, and would really appreciate any help.

I am a retoucher, and have always worked on Mac's. My 2010 Mac Pro is needing replacement, and I have access to a Dell Precision T8710 workstation which I'd love to convert into a Hackintosh (if possible)........ 1st world problem I know
The Dell has a recent Intel Xeon E5-2623 v3 3.00GHz CPU (Haswell), DDR4 2133Mhz ECC ram, 512GB SSD, AMD Firepro W7100, Dell motherboard (which is an unknown entity ?).
I'd need a few more HDD's, but generally it's fairly well spec'd for my needs.

If anyone has tried on one of these machines or something close ? (if there are relevant DSDT available)........ ?
So far, from what I've read, I'm picking the AMD Firepro might be a bit of an issue ?

If there are any obvious problems here that I don't know about, please point them out.
