  1. Second, I can't boot into El Capitan without using boot parameters -v -cpus=1. If I boot without these parameters, there will be kernel panic and restart automatically.

     

    Have anyone experienced the same problem? Let's discuss.

     

    Same issues here, the KP shows a thing with CPU "X" Caller, We doing something wrong? (the "X" is usually no.2 4 or 5 for me.) I'm using a Dell Latitude E6420 with an Intel Core i7 2670QM, 2x4GB Ram 1600MHz, 1600x900 screen and a 256GB SSD. Once booted everything works fine.

     

    Also I seem to have USB problems when I boot directly from SSD, when I boot using the Install USB everything works as it should.
