Hi All, I need some help with El Sierra on a DELL E5420. I followed this installation guide: https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/8506-dell-latitude-inspiron-precision-clover-guide/ The guide is about El Capitan, i could not find a similar guide for El Sierra. Did i miss something? What is working so far: - System boots and runs stable. Had to remove DisableTurboBoostBattery.kext because system would crash when running on battery. - Graphics Ok. QE/CI available. Brightness control Ok. External monitor not yet tested. - Keyboard Ok. Had to install RehabMan-Voodoo-2016-1208.kext because kext from boot pack crashed. - Sleep works fine! What is not working: - Trackpad dead, have to use USB mouse. - LAN dead. I tried different Versions of BCM5722D kext, but ifconfig does not come up with a lan interface. - WiFi dead. I know that Intel is not supported. Which WiFi card should i purchase? - Sound dead, no devices shown in preference pane. - Does this Notebook have any bluetooth hardware? Nothing found. - Cardreader dead. Using BIOS A14. Hardware seems ok, Lan and Wifi running fine under Linux.
