culljosh
Let me first say this was the best forum and blog due to AMD and OS X. I installed Snow Leopard from the guide given on the site. Everything went smooth but after I installed Chameleon 2.1 I still have to boot from CD to the desktop. Also another issue is my resolution is only putting out 1024 x 768 and I am using the onboard graphics card. This is a small thin line P.C. Besides those two issue's, I can get to the desktop and everything looks great. Also I did edit the bootloader.plist which already had the editing done as far as it said graphics enabled. Any help would be awesome. THANKS! Joshua
iMick
Welcome on the forum Culjosh! I'm glad you like it! . Could you post your specifications like; Processor, Motherboard, Graphic Card / Chip. Could you boot with the bootparameter -v, from your hard drive. That will boot up in verbose mode, so you see on what error it won't boot. Just make a picture of the screen. Processor: Athlon II X2 2.7GHz (Reading as a C2D under about this mac) Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce 6150SE Integrated Graphics Chipset: NVIDIA® GeForce 6150 SE Chipset Its all pretty nice and I will try to boot through verbose and type in -v. I know when I do boot up through 2.1 Chameleon its goes to a apple logo and spins and never will boot unless I have a cd. Posting this then trying Verbose and will let you know what error happens. culljosh
So verbose mode just had a black screen. Maybe this all has to do with I selected the AMD options on the site not the Nforce ones possibly? Joshua
iMick
Your Graphic Chip isn't supported, so you shouldn't select GraphicsEnabler. Try booting with -v -x GraphicsEnabler=no
