Todd Posted August 3, 2012 Share Posted August 3, 2012 OK, so i have SL 10.6.8 running great on my Dell D830, all except for wireless. The Intel card is not supported so I purchased and installed the ARIA Extreme card which is supposed to work with MAC and Windows. I first tried installing the card ( replacing ) the WI-Fi card but the ARIA was not recognised by the BIOS. I then installed the ARIA card into the Cellular slot and it is now recognised by the BIOS. I have Dual boot on this Dell to either the SL or Windows 7 Pro 64. The ARIA is working great with Windows, but isn't available in SL. Any advice anyone cares to share will be appreciated. Thanks!
