(Solved) Can someone solve this riddle?

Ah, I forgot. 1920x1200 is the highest resolution available in Chameleon and the display´s native res.

Might set it lower, just liked it better that way.

 

Edit: I found by coincidence, that the known package from OSX86.Türk is installing 10.8.2 flawlessly on my old rig.

Though I would have liked to know where I went astray, it does not matter much any more.
