chocfullaflava Posted September 12, 2011 Share Posted September 12, 2011 Hello All, here are my details: -Where: Wilmington, Delaware -How long you have used a hackint0sh: I've been able to boot my desktop and install Snow Leopard with Nawcom's boot usb, but cannot get it to boot successfully without using the usb. Tried lots, failed lots, turning to these forums (and starting over with MyHack) to see if I can find success. -A brief summary of your experiences in hackint0shing (if any): see above -What triggered your interest in hackint0sh: how slowly Windows runs on my dual xeon vs how fast my 2006 Macbook runs. -Your general computer skill level: not an expert, but was a hardware technician from 1993 to 2000 -List any technical experience you have in various operating systems and programming languages (if any): user-level experience with Windows and Mac OS. -If you have any talents/skills that you would like to offer to help the community (optional):knack for working through driver/hardware issues in windows...unfortunately not sure how that's going to help here.
