Hey fellow hackintoshers,

 

I'm TheMerciless and I am new to this forum. Therefore: my introduction!

 

-Where you are from/where you live.

The Netherlands, small country, great cheese.

 

-How long you have used a hackint0sh (if this is your first time, state that you are new to this).

Well, used it for about 2 years in a VM.

 

-A brief summary of your experiences in hackint0shing (if any).

Editing bootloaders, installers, kexts, really basic stuff.

 

-What triggered your interest in hackint0sh.

I want to run Mac OS X on my laptop, and I'm always interested in other things. I'm mainly a Windows-user/programmer, but tried every other system -from OpenVMS to Mac.

 

-Your general computer skill level.

Computer Science student, wrote code for bootloaders, JAVA, C++ and pretty much every standard stuff (like PHP).

 

-List any technical experience you have in various operating systems and programming languages (if any).

MS-DOS - Windows 7, OpenVMS, UNIX/Linux, and the languages stated above.

 

-If you have any talents/skills that you would like to offer to help the community (optional).

If I have spare time, I will never hesitate to help out. In fact, I helped out on many Windows-related issues, so I hope I can mean something for the Mac community as well.
