eanda-sbs Posted December 19, 2011 Share Posted December 19, 2011 Hi all- I have a very successful installation of OSX 10.6.8 on my Dell D630. However, I am trying to migrate my applications from my Desktop Hackintosh to my notebook. I have a ton of registered software on there that I have no disks for reinstallation and many of which are paid for and registered. I can successfully migrate all user accounts and their subsequent files and folders. on reboot everything works great. When I then go to migrate applications (using migration assistant)I deselect everything except applications. the migration goes perfect. The apps become available in the current login session, but upon reboot I get a kernel painic and cannot restart. Any help in this area is certainly appreciated.
