GrumpyOldGeek Posted December 27, 2011 Share Posted December 27, 2011 I have a rag-tag collection of laptops (Dell D630's, D620's) and decided to give it a go with one of them. Everything installed just like it should, very quick and easy. I'm looking forward to setting up the rest. I am currently working on three Dell D630's - two with Nvidia video and one with Intel. One has Dell wifi and the others have Intel. The one i setup has the nvidia video and dell wifi - just for fun, i swapped the drive to one that has nvidia / intel wifi, and it booted just fine. (only the wifi didn't work as you would expect ) As soon as i find a kext to enable the intel wifi, i'll be all set!
