Good news! I've been able to consistently boot from the HD using USBBusfix=Yes and GraphicsEnabler=Yes. USB keyboard and mouse are working as well as my external HD. I've been trying to fix graphics/audio etc...

So if I'm understanding this... I mount the EFI partition on my USB stick and replace the Clover/ACPI/Patched/DSDT.aml with the 10.10 version?

So I got past the black screen thanks to enabling Optimus. The BIOS is A07. It has Intel HD4000 and Nvidia NVS5200M. Here's the result when I boot from USB:

I made the USB installer and now I have it done with the proper e6530 bootpack, but every boot option I try only results in a black screen shortly after the Apple logo appears while booting. I can't even get a screen using verbose mode. So both the USB stick and HD install will not boot. It's so exhausting at this point, I even got to the installer but the mouse/keyboard wouldn't respond. I feel like it would be better to start over, but if anyone has experienced this please help! Thanks.
