Do I need to remove wireless device before OS installation?

When I boot from Usb (uefi mode), i got the error:
"EFI UsB device has been blcoked by the current security policy".
Do uou have any idea about this?

Hi everyone,
This is my first attempt to install Sierra on Lenovo G40-80, anyone please help:
- the compatible boot pack?
- the dsdt.aml?
- bios setting?
My G40-80: Bios version BOCN93WW, CPU i5-5200 2.2GHz, Ram 4G, HD 5500 1366x768, Wifi AC3160.

Mac OS is so amazing on E5420. Thank you all for helping me, esp @Jake Lo
The wifi issue has been resolved by using an USB adapter of TP-Link.

After reinstall and unplug + plug USB several time. I installed OS successfully.
I have one issue is that I cannot connect to internet via wifi and ethernet. Anyone plz give me a help?

When I do to this step:
10. Upon completion, system will restart
11. Press the F12 to choose boot device
12. Choose <Your USB Installer device> under UEFI Boot:
13. When Clover boot screen appears, choose Macintosh SSD or name of your existing drive
I didn't see Machintosh SSD appear on Clover boot screen. is there smt wrong?

I found the issue caused by using DSDT.aml of high resolution. I fix this and it can boot now.

I make an USB to install Sierra on E5420 following the guide
While booting (Legacy mode), my graphic glitches suddenly and stop booting. I used the boot patch download from the guide above
This is first time I try to install MacOS, so please help me.
My E5420: Bios A14, Intel Core i5-2410M 2.3GHz , 4Gram, HD3000 1366x768, HDD - GPT (not MBR).

I checked my laptop has 128Mb for dedicated video memory, it seem to I dont need to set DVMT, right?
