  1. I have updated my boot pack with the Mojave version in preparation to install Mojave. When I re-add these patched files (deleting the old ones in ACPI/Patched) the System wont boot due to ACPI errors. I can use the stock (boot pack) ACPI/Patched files but I have lost touch screen functionality again. can you Modify the ACPI/Patched files to allow Touch to work again? Thank you. e7470 touch dsdt .zip
  2. This one was working for me I had it installed in Library/Extensions. This version will not work after wake from sleep. i am not sure if that was fixed in the newer versions.
  3. Sorry for bring up an old post, but I have experienced this issue myself. Only version 1.0.1 will have trackpad movement, newer versions will only have button clicking.
  4. Good news and bad news, you were able to fix the PCI device problems, I now have wifi showing up now and so does the NVME SSD. However the intel m.2 sata drive I was originally using still seems to stall out un-mounting and formatting. I know this drive is good because it was running Windows 10 without an issue. I will proceed using an NVME SSD. Thanks for your help.
  5. My system does have the touch screen, it also has the fingerprint reader. It does not have a Nvidia GPU. origin.zip
  6. I updated to clover 4128 the issue is still occurring.
  7. I just ran the utility, it says the firmware is up to date. I tried an nVME ssd with the proper nVME files and the drive doesn't show up at all. Im pretty sure this is SSDT related.
  8. I have been trying to install Mac OS sierra onto my Latitude e7470 using the bootpack provided. I have updated my bios to 1.15.4 and have changed the necessary settings in the bios (sata AHCI) as well as my DVMT to 0x3. I am able to boot the installer however i notice my HDD activity light stays solid the whole time during boot. When I go to disk utility to format the SSD it will stay on unmounting disk for a good 10 minutes and format for another 10. When i go to install it will fail because "Target volume appears to be invalid." My ssd is an sata III Intel ssdsckgf256a5, Latitude e7470 i7-6600u with qHD touch. I have uploaded my efi folder and Pictures of the issue. e7470.zip
  9. That was it! now I have sound, HDMI video output is working now too. Ethernet only works if the cable is inserted on startup. Thank You.
  10. With those changes again the devices show up, Mic input works but there is no sound. I think this is a Kabylake issue because my Alienware 13 r3 had this exact issue. However this a a skylake cpu but a 5x80 series machine.
  11. Yes the newest DSDT allows Voodoo i2c to utilize the trackpad.
  12. Yes I made the change earlier when I was having issues with the other DSDT. The kext I used was from SYSCL's XPS 9350 installation pack. I will try your PS2 kext again now that I know the DSDT issues are solved. My machine does have the ALC256 audio controller and is recognized I have working mic and volume control, headphone detection works, but no sound from speakers or headphones. Codec commander is installed along with ALC 256 kext. Backlight brightness adjustment works. Plugging in HDMI results in the internal screen turning black and no output on HDMI.
  13. I had everything working until I installed the ssd into the machine (I was booting using a USB adapter this whole time) Something is wrong with the patched DSDT causing it to timeout and not booting. When booting from USB I had Voodoo I2c/trackpad working by loading it from a script after startup. I was able to get the keyboard working using voodoops2controller kext. Could you please patch my raw DSDT, everything was working great when booting from usb. EDIT: Adding Flag "Drop_OEM" is allowing me to boot again origin.zip
  14. I had those kexts removed since first using I2C. The first version wasn't really working, it just didn't result in a Kernel Panic
  15. Hello, You originally had 2 files posted, I tested both. File Ic2c allows me to boot without panic, however I have no trackpad or keyboard, during boot Voodoo I2c recognizes the devices but "failed to read ACPI config". File Ic2B will result in the same kernel panic. Thanks for your help.
  16. I been able to get it to boot by moving Clover to a new USB drive. The only major issue I have now is getting Voodoo I2C to work. Im having issues patching my DSDT with INT3442/INT3443. I'm able to load the kext within the OS and have trackpad and scrolling but no keyboard and KP on reboot.
  17. in regular boot and safe boot it ends with the same results, is this related to the 6440hq?
  18. Hi, thank you for the boot pack, now It will startup in verbose mode and hang at the Apple progress bar screen following it.
  19. I am having issues booting the Sierra installer, it will timeout with the no boot symbol. I changed my bios settings to reflect the e7x70 guide and changed my DVMT to 64mb as there isn't a 96mb option in the PE32 section. My Specs are: i5-6440HQ 8gb DDR4 ram 500gb Sata SSD 14" non touch FHD screen e5480 files.zip
