  1. Brightness icon is visible and keys works. Now I just need the audio level to fix. So whats should I select in the Clover installation setup to install clover properly?
  2. I used the software ''kext utility'' to rebuild the cache and I rebooted my computer and now the light work with the fn+ f3 and fn+insert. to bad I can't customized it to work with the original fn key light (the up and down key) but its okay. Now I will try to fix the audio memory level bug by maybe making a backup or not and reinstall clover with your recommendation of parameters.
  3. its stuck at the line: bash-3.2# sudo kextcache -Boo t - the cursor stay on the right and not even flash does it mean its not working ?
  4. So he is using your files without permission from you lol its not fair Im glad make you discover that and its help you. So I write in the terminal each line one by one or all in one shot ? I tried the first two its telling me ''chmod: illegal; option -- ? and the other one: ''chown: 0:0: illegal group name. I tried the whole group and its telling a popup message the extension AppleBacklightInjector.kext could not be installed...
  5. I got the files from many place: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICOaNhVds1s , https://www.insanelymac.com with website do you recommend me to get those proper files ?
  6. DSDT patching how I do it? with Clover configurator ? Repair and permission is done with Clover configurator too ? This is what I see from my clover configurator screen I seems to have those files (in the right low corner)
  7. So I not take care of this message and I go to efi, clover, misc and get the text file generated ?
  8. I follow the step and I get this ''You forgot to press F2 or Fn+F2 at clover boot screen. Please reboot and press F2 or Fn+F2 to dump preboot log.'' and I tried F2 key only and reboot and retried Fn+F2 its not working...
  9. Hi Guys, I installed ''macOS Sierra'' on a Dell E6420 i7 with Nvidia dedicated Gpu. Everything's seems to works except that the laptop not remembers the audio level when I boot again from sleep or from zero it put the level on the maximum level (it can be very annoying if I not remember this and play a song direct after the start of my computer) and that I not see the brightness indicator level on screen when I reduce or augment the brightness some guys telling me I have to setup the NVram to the audio level problem but how do it ? And if you have a solution about the brightness indicator level and the cdmi port not working I will take it too. Thanks in advance
