  3. Thanks man that fixed it. admittedly my bios was set to "enable legacy roms" unchecked. But enabling it and then disabling it got it to work correctly. Do you have HDMI audio working?
  4. Does your computer freeze when you plug or unplug power cable?

  7. Success!!! Audio back. Headphones without distrotion 2 things left HDMI audio and Trackpad. Tried booting with and without FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext No HDMI audio. 2 random questions * when connecting the hdmi, screen shows static for few seconds before switching... normal? * When connecting or disconnecting Power plug. Computer totally freezes...

  9. FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext has always been in /L/E By switch layout ID you mean cloverconfigurator/Devices/ dropdown box/ change to 1? Yea need some serious help with the touchpad. on boot up VoodooPS2Controller.kext claims no ID for ALPS touchpad... AppleHDA_ALC256B is loaded but no audio. Profiler shows audio info tho. weird...

  15. Got it! Seems like installing vanilla AppleHDA in S/L/E running a sudo kext load Running permissions and rebooting a couple times worked. Audio fully working Last thing left is trackpad.... Any takers?
  16. I noticed it had a dependency. and i had no appleHDA in S/L/E so i used kext utility to install vanilla AppleHDA. Screeenshot shows result. Dependencies satisfied but AppleHDA_ALC256 does not load from L/E
  17. Updated with new config file. ran permissions and cache. but no audio attached screenshot to show profiler errors
  18. Unfortunately, no trackpad. BUT i have keyboard functional with voodooPS2Controller in EFI/C/K/O !!! All i need is trackpad and sound. I used voodoohda for sound but no HDMI audio. Seems like a workaround.
  19. Ran the sudo kextload. System profiler shows loaded. No input from trackpad or keyboard. Reset and found the kext to be unloaded again.
  20. Tried loading it into L/E after permission Nothing Used kext tool to load into S/L/E properly but extensions panel says not loaded screenshot attached.
  21. Ok removed the kexts u mentioned. Does VoodooI2C go in L/E. OR S/L/E ???
