Unfortunately it got partially deleted - I definitely saw that there were 4 pages, now there's only one. I took a photo to begin working on it, but didn't manage to download the files in time. NB: I got the sound working with VoodooHDA

I have HD 5500. I've downloaded the kext you mentioned and finally got it to boot ! My gentleman, you are a treasure! If all goes well, I'll mark the thread as solved. Edit: It really worked Thank you very much.

Hello guys, amazing site you have here, really. I have a question - is it possible to prepare installer from Linux or Windows? I have no Mac available, so can't use all these Mac-only tools. I found a Sierra installer usb image on the net, and unzipped bootpack contents from here https://osxlatitude.com/topic/8506-dell-latitude-inspiron-precision-vostro-xps-clover-guide/ . The clover screen shows up all right, but when I try to boot, apple logo shows up and reboot. Can I enable some boot logging? How do I verify what's wrong? If I have to, I'll make a Mac VM for myself today and do it over. I'll be grateful for some tips.
