Hi all, I sold my Dell E6220 as I couldn't get High Sierra running properly, constant freezes. Any recommendations for a Dell laptop which runs High Sierra without freezing for around £200 or less. Not worried about WiFi as it will be connected to Lan. Thanks for any help

Hi all, thanks for the add. i managed to install Sierra on Dell E6220 i7 2620m using i think Jake Lo's guide https://osxlatitude.com/forums/topic/9383-dell-e6220-i7-2620m-clover-detailed-guide/ which seemed to work well, upgraded to High Sierra as i have HEIC/HEVC photos/videos but i am having issues as the PC freezes and needs rebooting (power switch to off). I think its something to do with photos as using it seems to lead to freeze/crash. I have putthe kext in 10.13, added sound through kext wizard, generated new SSDT through Piker Alpha but still crashing randomly. any advice please as i have searched for a week but now restored windows. thanks in advance
