Cool thanks! will keep APFS then...

Hi! One more question, after installation everything seems to be normal, but double checking mi NVMe disk with Disk Utility, I've realized that somehow the installer converted the original HFS+ partition to APFS, can that cause me any issue? Is there a way to install MacOS avoidinf HFS+ to APFS conversion?
Thanks!

Hi @Jake Lo! Finally the issue was the messy windows partitions, so I partitioned the whole disk, then created partition as HFS+ then installed MacOS. The install process went like the last time, it threw an error at the finish but after a reboot it worked.
After that, partitioned the disk to get a new ExFAT partition for windows 10 (not a container), then installed windows 10, booted with the USB stick again, installed Clover, renamed /EFI/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi to bootmgfw-orig.efi and everything worked as expected.
Last step was to change CLOVER folder with this one Dell-5570-hackintosh and that's it...

Guess what?! Now I'm having issues with clover install, jajaja
Clover installer works just fine, I follow step 3 from the install guide then press F12 to select UEFI Mac OS X boot option, but that reises the DELL SupportAssist firmware program
Feel free to ask me for more info or debug files (if you point me on how to obtain them)

I removed items from dock jeje...
If I choose HFS+ the installer fails, I had to use APFS.

Well, finally got the installer working as expected, I have solved the APFS issue in the USB Mojave Installer by:
- Run Disk Utility
- Format macos partition to HFS+
- Convert the HFS+ partition to APFS by selecting the HFS+ partition and then click Edit->Convert to APFS
- Installation went fine, but then hanged at the finishing steps (see attached log)
- Rebooted the laptop with the USB install disk but selecting macos entry
- The post installation steps appeared and I was able to finish installation
Now I'm setting up Clover for normal boot from internal SSD

Great! I was able to boot the Mojave USB installer and everithing seems to be OK but I can't format my drive as APFS, see screenshot
So I decided to format the internal partition as HFS+, this gives me a smooth install process until the installer restarts, then I get "Unknown error: -110", see screenshot
Thanks a lot in advise!

Progress, still can't get the USB installer to load!
In the meantime I look for a Samsung 960 EVO M2 NVMe, I disabled M2 slot and I passed the last KP, but now I'm getting another one and I think I hit the intel framebuffer bug.
New panic: panic(cpu 2 caller 0xFFFFFF7F93a5dBc2): assertmsg@/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/GPUDriversIntel/GPUDriversIntel-12.10.12/Common/IONDRV/Intel/AppleIntelFramebuffer/AppleIntelCOntroller.cpp:28342
Help is really appreciated!

Cool! Can you share the WD m2 model you are using? Thanks?

Hi! Thanks a lot for the reply.
My laptop is already on AHCI.
What do you mean with WD? Should I disconnect the Intel Optane card until I get my WD drive? I’m looking for WDS480G2G0B will it work?
Thanks!

Hi! I tried your CLOVER folder but I'm getting a KP at USB boot. If I enable RAID in UEFI firmware I can boot USB but no devices found, if I enable AHCI, USB gets KP.
Here's the video of the boot sequence hope this helps https://we.tl/t-k0SuPk1kNZ I can barely see the following:
CS_RUNTIME for entitlement: com.apple.rootless.kext-secure-managementpanic(cpu 3 caller 0xffffff7f9db83b30): nvme: "Fatal error occured. CSTS=0x1 US[1]=0x0 US[0]=0xb1 VID/DID=0x25228086 FW Revision=K4110401\n"@/BuildRoot/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/IONVMeFamily-387.270.1/IONVMeController.cpp:5334
The laptop comes with a M2 Intel Optane 16GB SSD (i'm planning to switch it wirh a standard M2 SSD 480GB WesternDigital), could this device cause the panic?
I'm using Clover v2.5k r5033
Thanks a lot!

Hi! guys!
I can't decide which WiFi/Bluetooth combo should I buy, I'm between the old DW1560 and the some kind new DW1830 (I know I have to add another antenna), also discarded DW1820A because lot of fakes. Mi laptop have M.2 connector for wifi card but I can't decide which one.
Which one do you recommend that works fine, stable, minimum to none configuration, kext installation, etc?
Thanks!
