    I'm not sure. I use the port for display output but the cable is Usb-c and I don't have any thunderbolt devices

    Thank you so much for posting your solution, I have been struggling with the same issue for the past week.(also 7480 but with i5 and touchscreen) Now even the gestures work without issues!
