I'm in the process of building a new hack laptop using Catalina. I have been reading for days and am still not sure which WIFI card I should be getting for this laptop. I am looking for the easiest and least complicated option. From what I have found the 1560 and 1820a are the most popular(I am open to other options). Which would be the easiest to get functional?

I just found the Broadcom BCM94360NG in m.2 ngff form factor that is supposed to be OOB compatible. Any thoughts on this?
