  1. Fixed it just needed to change SMBIOS to MacBookPro16,1 and went smooth install Thanks for your help.
  2. Thank was able to move on. At 12 min left the system reboot to macOS Update Assistant " A required firmware update could not be installed" I changed this info and still same issue. AdviseFeatures=True in config.plist
  3. Goes to the installer I can format the disk APFS when I select to install on the drive it says you need a firmware update. I have changed the CustomSMBIOS to false but still getting same error. Please help My Config CPU: 6th Gen Intel i5 - 6200U (Skylake) RAM: 16GB DDR4(8GBx2) GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520 LAN: Intel I219LM Gbit Wi-Fi: Intel 8260 AC Wi-Fi/Bluetooth SSD: Samsung 980 NVME 500GB config.plist.zip

  7. Hello I got everything working except Sound and have spent 2 week trying with no luck. Included the OpenCore txt file and EFI folder opencore-2021-10-30-005917.txt.zip EFI.zip
  8. No luck. No devices in Sound/Output
  9. Got it to boot and install. Only things not working is Audio and Shutdown. Any Guidance will be greatly appreciated. Thank You EFI.zip

  11. Hello I used the tutorial to create an OC but it wont get past Apple Logo screen. All help appreciated. EFI folder attached PS - I currently have Catalina installed 10.15.7 via Clover System Specs Motherboard: MSI B360 Gaming Plus Intel i5 9400F Samsung 860 Pro SSD Radeon 570 Thanks in advance. OC.zip
  12. Updated it. Thanks SD reader works perfectly. Brightness is still an issue. I ran the command and this error shows up "nvram: Error clearing firmware variables: (iokit/common) not permitted"

  14. Thanks Jake. USB is working perfectly. Only thing left is Brightness and I noticed the battery drained from 100% to 40% while on sleep(laptop lid open screen goes black power button solid). it was on battery not charging. Didn't charge, let it go to sleep(lid open) couple of hours passed pressed the power button the system reboot when I upon logging in I save error "Sleep Wake failure in EFI" I am using the Brightness control. Full bright on full dots, half dot full bright, 3 dots it goes black. I just want to say greatly appreciate your help and wisdom on this matter. Thank You
