Hello Guys, After successfully hackintoshing my Dell Latitude E7270 and my wife's Inspiron 5559 with valueable help from @Jake Lo I'm now trying to Hackintosh my dad's Dell Latitude 3390 2-in-1. The hardware is the following: Intel i3-7130U @2.7GHz CPU Intel HD 620 graphics Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 wireless 256GB SSD 12GB RAM I've followed the guide from dortania.github.io, trying for the first time to make manually my own SSDTs (dumping the DSDT with SSDTTime and following Dortania's instructions) but after choosing on the OC menu to boot from the USB, I get an error message saying "OCB LoadImage failed - Unsupported" My EFI folder can be downloaded from the following link: https://we.tl/t-U9O8lEFT5s (it exceeds 19.53 Mb so I wasn't able to attach it here) Any help you can provide me would be much appreciated. Yes, AHCI mode is enabled, sill no luck. It takes between 15 and 20 minutes to boot (some lines get stuck for a couple of minutes) and when the recovery mode options appear, Disk Utility does not show the hard drive on my PC. I will try with a different drive currently installed in another computer. What worries me the most is the boot time... even if I got a hard drive to get viewable and installed Big Sur in it, will it always take so long to boot? If so, I guess I will have to learn to love Windows...

I was finally able to boot into the offline installation. But when I try to delete the current Windows partition on the HDD, It is not shown (even if I click on View - Show all devices). Is it possible that the hard disk drive is not compatible? My laptop counts on a 1 Tb non-SSD Hard Drive model WDC WD10JPVX-75JC3T0.

Thank you very much, Jake... I modified the config.plist you sent me in order to enable boot from the recovery image on the USB. It took quite some time since it spent some seconds in a couple of lines, but it ended up stuck in this kind of infinite loop in which every 2 or 3 seconds, new lines were aded, always identical to the previous group of lines (from "itlwm: end passive scan" to "ieee80211_set_link_state nstate=2 old_state=2) Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thank you very much, Jake! I put that EFI folder in the USB root and booted to a menu which only offered me the option to boot to Windows, which is installed on the PC I’m trying to hackintosh. I also created on the USB root the folder com.apple.......... and put the files for Big Sur online installation in it. Would you please instruct me how to get that option to appear in the menu?

Hello guys, With valuable help from Jake Lo I've been able to Hackintosh my Dell Latitude E7270. Now that my wife has seen it, she asked me to please Hackintosh her Dell Inspiron 5559. Has anybody succeeded with Big Sur for a Dell Inspiron 5559? I would much appreciate a link for downloading the complete EFI folder that made it possible. Hello guys, With a great help from Jake Lo I was able to install Big Sur on my Dell Latitude E7270 Laptop. The only problem I have noticed up to now is that the display backlight slider has no effect on the screen backlight as soon as I boot. However, if I put the computer to sleep and wake it up, then the backlight slider will work, but the WiFi will get disconnected and no networks will appear for me to connect to. So I'm in kind of a situation in which I have to choose between being able to modify the screen backlight OR being able to connect to WiFi. Has anybody had a situation like this? If you were able to fix it, please let me know how you managed to do so. Thanks in advance, Valentín.

Thank you very much!!! I deleted the Broadcom Kexts, added the Intel one both for Bluetooth and WiFi, and applied GENSMBIOS...Now my Hackintosh works great! If anyone needs the EFI for Dell Latitude E7270 with Intel Bluetooth and WiFi, just let me know and I'll upload it!

Hello everybody! I've been trying to prepare my USB for installing Big Sur on my Dell Latitude E7270, and I've created a couple that booted onto the Recovery, I was able to erase the SSD, download via WiFi and when the PC reboots for Installer something fails and suddenly boots again to Recovery. It's driving me crazy, PLEASE HELP!! Would anyone please share with me a zip containing a complete EFI folder for a Dell Latitude E7270 so that I can paste it on the EFI partition of the offline USB installer or the root of the online USB (next to the com.apple.recovery.boot)? The specs are the following: CPU: Intel Core i7 - 6600U 2.6 GHz (Skylake) GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520 Network: Intel Ethernet Connection I219-LM Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 Intel Bluetooth Audio: Realtek ALC293
