Hi,
Did my first Hackintosh, yeah!
Had some trouble piecing it all together, so posting what I did to get my fully as purchased Dell Latitude E7440 hacked with Catalina.
Hardware:
CPU: i5-4310U (Hasswell) at 2 GHz, 2 cores, 2 GHz
GPU: Intel integrated graphics 4400
RAM: 8 Gb DDR3L SDRAM 1600 MHz
BIOS version A28, default settings with the following changes:
disabled parallel and serial ports
disabled virtualization support
Steps to get it all working:
EFI from osxlatitude.com
Updated Clover Installer to r5122
Updated the following kexts (not sure this was necessary)
Lilu from 1.3.8 to 1.5.2
AppleALC from 1.4.x to 1.5.9
WhatEverGreen from 1.3.3 to 1.4.9
Added alcid=12 to the boot arguments (this enabled the internal speakers)
Removed AirportBrcmFixup (using the Intel WiFi card)
Added AirportItlwm.kext (version 1.3.0) to Library/Extensions. Ran the kextcache update. This gives full WiFi functionality for the original Intel AC 7260 card.
Replaced USBInjectAll with UBSforE7440 [extract from EFI]. This allowed BlueTooth and USB to both work.
Added IntelBluetooth
