I think I have the same model as the OP (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0098O6K3U/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Note that my model is different from Fergus's though - mine has Win8 and can support up to 16 GB of RAM (but like OP only has 8 currently). I'm a total newb at this so I'm going to ask a programmer friend do all of the grunt work for me. But before I go to the trouble of asking for the favor I wanted to make sure that it's possible. Are all of the ducks in a row for my model or is this still a work in progress? Thanks for any help you can provide. I really appreciate it!
