BlueToolFixup.kext and IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext did it for my Bluetooth! I will try LCD + HDMI + USB-C displays and report.

I followed some topics here on the forum, and managed to install Monterey at a latitude 7290. I've managed to adjust things like boot without USB, Wifi, Apple ID, Sound... But even trying hard I couldn't understand myself with the touchpad, video driver, and external monitor (Neither using doc, nor via HDMI) Can someone with more experience help me understand where I'm going wrong?
