I solved the resolution problem with resolution module.The only issue is that when I open the safari the display is flickering a little and I thing it is because of the missing kext for the GPU.

I installed natit.kext but still nothing.The resolution remain at 1024x768.

Viewing the source code as soon as concern 2A42 id unfortunately for the case GMA_I965_GM nothing happens.There is not any code.This natit.kext I just have to install it with kext utility and in the chameleon.boot.plist change the graphicsenabler to no?

No.I will try it.I would also like to try of creating a kext for the GPU but I don't know how it could be possible.

Hi.I have successfully install Mavericks on Dell E5500 thanks to DaFOB guide for E6400/6500/M4400 which you can find here.I just delete in the EXTRA folder the kext for LAN card and add the kext for E5500.Everything works perfect except for wifi( you can buy a compatible one) and the graphic card(Intel GMA4500MHD) where I have 1024x768 resolution.(Very sad I can't even change resolution through org.chameleon.boot.plist). After many unsuccessful installations of ML I can now tell you full of proud that I have succesfully install ML 10.8.3 on my Dell Latitude E5500.In a new post I will write the installation guide.

Same with GUID partition.

Something more,do I have to use guid partition table for my hd bra cause I use MBR partitioning.

I made one step forward today but I have not finished succesfully yet.I used the guide from Darvinko member for E6400 without nvidia's kexts.The installer now can see my disk but I have these two issues. 1)If I make clean install using genetic Extra the installation is successful but when I boot from hd I'm getting the message "Still waiting for root device". 2)If I choose my own extra during installation the installation occurs a start up disk error and the installation not finishing successfully.

The flag -f where I must add it?

If I use those kexts in E/E on myhack usb installer it might works?

Using lspci on myhack installer I get the message "illegal instruction :4"

I install data module selecting as target my usb installer run myfix on myhack but mountain lion still does not see my sata disk.I have to mention that I run chameleon wizard on another laptop not on dell E5500.Is that wrong?

I found what kexts are being loaded on Snow Leo I copied to myhack E/E folder run muFix but I didn't succeed to passed "Still waiting for root device".My mobo has intel ch9m chipset.I can't understand why snow Leo works perfect and ML can't even install.As soon as concern Mavericks the installer stucks at "USBMSC identifier non unique ".I would be very happy if I could install ML or MAV and not to stay at SnowLeo.Another thing I thought is to compare the 2 installers and find their differences,Is that right or I am thinking wrong?

I run kextstat and I got a lot of "files".Which kexts I have to notice because I am getting iokit,drives and many others.
