  1. Ok, the Dell Precision M6600 will work nativly on Intel HD3000 when i remove the ATI Firepro 8900. I found several postings about removing the graphic card from this machine and working with CPU internal HD3000. The Display is connected over LVDS. Will it be a problem for OSX? -ValHalla
  2. Hey, I'm using osxlatitude bios for my d630. Do i need the dsdt.aml file in my /Extra folder? When i remove the file to boot process stops and showing something like "still waiting for boot device..." Thanks, V.
  3. for me it was a bad idea to switch my low energy home server ( based on a Dell Latitude D630) to OS X. The only existing network driver for the bcm5722d i found and also delivered over EDP doesn't work really. After 10 to 20 GB of traffic the driver stops working and it seems there's no easy way to fix that. Well, i read all the warnings about resulting problems, but i am frustraded anyway. I now have to recover to the original bios because the network issue was very hidden and is a no go to drive osx on my Latitude with that network issue. Now i have to switch back to the old nasty preffered OS. It would be a great idea to give this BCM5722D bug information to the people before they go so far with OSX implementation on Dell Computers. Thanks, V.
  4. Hello Dell OSX User's! My D420 is installed like wiki and go sleeping well. The Problem is the d420 didn't awake the right way. When i press the the power button the disk goes on and the screen stays blank. Sometimes the screen goes on dimmed and display the back window with "You need to restart your computer..." in different languages. Seems like something brings the machine to crash on wakeup. Can anybody help? Thanks, ValHalla
