OK, here i am again! let me tell you about my progress.. managed to got 10.6.8 running. After running update combo I replaced AppleACPIPlatform.kext and IOPCIFamily.kext from /S/L/E with 10.6.7 versions of themselves. The con is that i've lost usb, ethernet, lan, and the system was awfully slow. So i decided to let the system running 10.6.3 I will be using my laptop for iPod isues. ok. reinstalled again. ran combo update ran nawcoms legacy kernel.pkg ran myfix rebooted boot stoped there! (image attached) Thank u all!

Reinstalled, ran cobo update, ran myfix targeting osx hd, rebooted and got exactly same problem! Any ideas?

Did what u told me to. booted with installer usb and ran myfix on terminal, navigated to where myfix was cd /Volumes/2gb/myFix1.3 then I typed ./myfix selected option 3 that was my internal HD when it finished I typed reboot waited for reboot, selected the osx drive to boot. but no luck boot stopped at the same spot waited like 10 mins but nothing happened. Thanks again for your time! Will reinstall... I don't mind reinstalling.

hi again! updated to 10.6.8 first got KP. Something about sleepenabeler. (first pic). booted with installer and with the terminal moved the sleepenabeler kext to desktop. Now it does not KP but it also does not boot. Freezes like shown on the second pic. Some ideas? Thank You Very Much!

Hi again! Thanks Mushi-shi for your ideas. On the Video side I tried adding this to com.Boot.plist with no change. Getting 1024x768 once booted. Graphics Mode 1366x768x32 Do i have to write the string like this? 1366x768x32@60 Where can I get the working frequency of the display? 60 or 75? I just want the 16:9 ratio. Now everything looks funny. On the ethernet side I'll try that and will run lin2mac driver just for trying. Any consideration on running 10.6.8 update? Thank you very much!

Tried first with myhack but when targeting to the usb drive it told me it can not find OSX installer.
