My head hurts right now. Teh st00pid, it burns!I'm really pissed off at the Supreme Court today after reviewing their questions in the Prop 8 case. What part of "No State shall ... deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws" is so ambiguous here? It's right there in the freaking Constitution in the 14th Amendment. It's been there since 1868. That's 145 years, more than double the lifetime of most SC justices.
