  1. Hi there, did anyone have a success in updating to Lion 10.7.4 on D630 with Intel Graphic X3100? I have got issue first with VoodooHDA, after removing the kext I've started receiving errors related to AppleIntelGMAX3100. Thanks.
  2. I'm having D630 running Lion 10.7.2, with some freezing issues, hopefully will be able to fix it now by modifying fakesmc. The only thing worries me a bit is the fan running constantly with speed. Do you have similar fan issue?
  3. All Users of D630 with X3100. Are you getting random screen freezes in Lion 10.7 or 10.7.1? When screen freezes I can actually still move mouse pointer and login to the system remotely via ssh and execute reboot command. I need some help with that as this is a bit annoying, I have tried to replace some GMAX3100 kexts, but either it didn't work or I lost qe. Any feedback appreciated. Thanks.
  4. Just a hint: I have D630 with Intel GMAX3100, WXGA+ (1440x900). I'm testing the freezing issue, as so far I've experienced the problem only when attached to external monitor and with USB mouse. I'm monitoring now what will happen if I run all without those external devices.
  5. Hi, I'm running 10.7.1 on D630 (1440x900). Almost all runs without issue, however: randomly the screen freezes (mouse pointer is moveable). I have tried to put AppleIntelGMAX3100FB.kext posted somewhere else, but this has fixed only the mouse pointer lag. (nothing is logged in the event log). Is there anything else I could try? Thanks for any ideas.
  6. Hi, are you also getting on your D630 warning message in Lion 10.7.1: kernel: ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin::registerLPCDriver - WARNING - LPC device initialization failed: C-state power management not initialised Is there any AppleLPC.kext which would help to get rid of that?
  7. Lion 10.7.1 update working. After the update remove AppleHDA.kext if you use voodoohda.
