Successfully updated the system profile to imc early 2010 but still gets the error message that "os mavericks cannot be installed on this computer". Don't know what else to do.

Sorry having trouble updating Dell Optiplex 760 to maverick. Have been running 10.8.5 successfully. /Chimee

Successfully installed 10.8.5 but can't seem to download 10.9 from apple app store. Is it by design?
