Hi, I am trying to install Monterey on a X1 Carbon 7th Gen model 20R1 with a i7-10710 processor, but stuck at EXITBS:START. I have tried with a USB boot disk created by following the guide on Dortania, and also tried with the EFI for Lenovo X1C8 posted on this site (similar spec to my X1C7) to no avail. Any suggestion is appreciated. I have included the X1C8 config file as reference. config.plist.zip

Dell XPS 13 9343 Mojave sound and bluetooth issue
linuxchan6 replied to linuxchan6's topic in The Archive
Update: I was able to fix bluetooth issue after USB ports were mapped correctly. The audio issue seems to be a known problem with this laptop. In order for audio to load in Mojave, I must first boot into Ubuntu. -
Dell XPS 13 9343 Mojave sound and bluetooth issue

I removed SSDT-UIAC.aml and tried the attached config.plist, but couldn't boot to desktop. Please see attached boot error. I had to remove Root->Devices->PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0) in order to boot to desktop. But still couldn't see bluetooth nor audio device. -
I have a XPS 13 9343 with a 4k display and a DW1560 wifi card. Installed Mojave with wifi working; but not able to get sound and bluetooth to work. I've checked the usb tab in Hackintool and it doesn't seem to recognize any internal device attached. I have attached debug file and any help is appreciated. debug_2627.zip

Dell Precision M5510 does not boot Mojave after BIOS update

I am dual booting Windows 10 and Mojave for many months. Each OS is in its separate drive. After Bios upgrade from 1.9.0 to 1.14.2, when I tried to boot to Mojave, It stuck at Error allocating 0x14198 page at 0x000000001749a000 alloc type2. Couldn't allocate runtime area. The error message remains even reverted back to 1.9.0. Any help is appreciated. -

Hi, I used file 7280_HD620.zip and was able to get Mojave working on my Kabylake build, except audio. I added Codecommander to L/E but still to no avail. What should I try next?

Some updates. After installing VoodooPS2Controller.kext in /Library/Extensions, I got keyboard to work until I try the touchpad. As soon as an attempt on the touchpad was made, the keyboard stops working. Does anyone else have similar experience?

Thank you again. I have removed FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext from /L/E. But to no avail. Debug file attached. debug_177.zip

Yes. They are. I have attached debug file. debug_22409.zip

Alright. I am able to complete installation with latest files. I have also added kexts from LE folder to /Library/Extensions. I have sound as well. I have also removed AppleHPM.kext, AppleIntelpssI2C.kext and AppleIntelpssI2CController.kext. Howerver, my trackpad and keyboard are still not working. I am using usb keyboard and mouse to create this reply now. Any thoughts?
