  1. Yes, trackpad and keyboard works great, even when I installed the OS! I use the pre-defined drivers for D630 Nvidia.
  2. Hello everyone, I just wanted to tell you that last night I installed the retail version of Mountain Lion. Everything went fine except one thing. When install had been stuck around 99-100% for a while (after myHack prompted me for Extra) the Installer tells me it failed. Tried booting anyway and everything just worked perfectly. No KP or other weird stuff at all. Installing EDP with the new app was a breeze. TrueSuite, the software for my biometric reader, acts a bit odd though. It seems to operate in the Dutch language, even though everything else, such as the software settings, are in English. The reader does what it should, but I'm not a dutchman so I guess you can imagine how I feel about it In Lion it operated in English. Maybe I should add I've used both Lion and ML in the Swedish language. Cheers!
  3. I worked like a charm for my nVidia D630 with 10.8 freshly installed
  4. Hello, So the noisier fans must've been good ol' placebo, haha. I'm glad to hear things are getting better and better. Thank you for your support Sincerely, Ipecac
  5. Dear community, Since I updated EDP and made a new build this morning my core temperatures has gone a bit higher. Before, the cores were somewhere between 25-30°C at rest. Now it seems their minimum temperatures is somewhere between 40-50°C. Makes my fans a bit noisier. Is it something in the latest EDP updates that could've caused this? Please look at my signature for specifications. Sincerely, Ipecac
  6. Hello Syonagar! Thank you for your recommendation, it sounds much promising and I will look further into that As for the ethernet card, the problem showed to be a bad cable. Embarrassing! Cheers
  7. Hello! First, thank you all for a great community! Now, I followed the tutorial on this site on how to install OS X Lion 10.7.3 on my Dell Latitude D630 and it works great, except for one thing: networking. Wifi is totally broken, and ethernet is painfully slow. I read somewhere that my Wifi card, Intel ® Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN, isn't compatible with OS X. Is it possible to swap wifi card, and if so, could you recommend me a card that should work? Ethernet works but it only handles like 5 kb/s at max. The ethernet card is a Broadcom 57XX Gigabit Integrated Controller (sorry if this isn't specific enough). I managed to download EDP 3 but unfortunately it did not solve any of my network problems. I am very thankful for any advice! Cheers
