Just a heads-up - I downloaded the Mountain Lion boot pack today for the D830 with NVidia graphics and it gave me the black screen problem irregardless of boot flags. I changed the DSDT.aml file to the one at the top of this thread and Voila! - I got an installer screen. We will see how it goes the rest of the way. Lion was ok with the boot pack available today as long as you give it PCIRootUID=1 boot flag.
