You've added the nvidia stuff to IGPU, that makes no sense

This HDMI codec has 3 devices DP1 and DP2 on dock, the hdmi device on the laptop is the last which is not working, only DP2 (which is the 1st) on dock is working

I made a fresh install with your files, but no HDMI-Audio, no internal display, the battery symbol shows me a x, i think there are a few hardware differences to your E6520

Tested with optimus disabled

Have you really got HDMI-Sound output working on the NVS-4200 Latitude, or only on the HD3000 model?

So you think that clover is the culprit ?, not sure right now i've loaded yosemite with chameleon with the same result, strange that i've got sound on dock's display-port, maybe an hardware failure on the hdmi output, also no hdmi-sound with ubuntu, i will try it with windows and we will see

It's the last non working device, and the brightness lowest stage gives me a black screen

With your files i have a blank screen on the laptop but  hdmi video is working, after display detection the internal screen is also working, but no dmi audio

can you please upload an ioreg with plugged in hdmi device

someone with working yosemite and clover without nullcpupm ?, optimus disabled only nvs4200

on chameleon there is no problem, but no nvram

What changes does this SSDT bring to the D630 because the T° issue is with the GPU, not really with the CPU?

42~46℃ （idle） under windows

48~52℃ （idle）under Mavericks

 

I don't think that is an GPU issue

extract this SSDTs to your extra folder and restart, only for T7500

maybe i have the same issue with the applehda, at volume change the slider and sound jumps to full volume then it's work normally for a while

has your notebook stereo speaker ?, with headphones the same issue ?

This kext is from Mavericks DP6, set the layout-id to 0 (zero)

I did it, AppleHDA.kext from  10.9 DP6 is working on a Latitude D630 codec STAC9205 

 

if anybody needs this kext i can upload it

3. enter "69 02 EC 10" in replace box
4. Press "Replace All" button to replace

8. Press "Replace" button

which model dell is this intended for d630/d830? i see you are using MacBook3.1 dsdt info. so penryn / 965 chipset?

here is a new one witch works on a vanilla Lion install updated to 10.7.5

you only need the fakesmc to startup, install you preferred PS2 kexts, audio and battery kext

 

its not the final solution, but it works

So we have to replace the pci and mb1 memory map, i have done this, so try it, but you have to wait about 30 sec before boot up

We all now that we have to replace the AppleACPIPlatform.kext after update to 10.7.4 and 7.5, but this can be fixed with a working dsdt.aml

I think there is an memory range issue, because i replaced on PCI0 the _CRS Method and a few other things and it works, but i lost battery status

With a working MacBook3.1 dsdt it also boots
