I followed this guideline *throughly* and i got stuck with my laptop screen that goes mad everytime I enter into 32 bit mode by typing arch=i386.

My laptop is Sony Vaio LJ, and it comes with GMA965 which uses GMA X3100 graphic driver in 32 bit mode.
It works fine in 1024*768 resolution when i access the mac via 64 bit mode. but I want it to function well with QE-CI in 32 bit mode.
Im thinking repeating the same thing but with Lion instead of Mountain Lion.
Can anyone help me a bit?
