  1. Thanks Jake , the wireless switch is on and the Bios is detecting it , interestingly in Window 10 device manager recognises the wan adapter etc...however no wifi in Windows 10 either...I am in contact with the person on ebay I purchased it from as it may be faulty hardware.... We will see... Thank you for your help so far....
  2. Thank you Jake , I have removed the AirPortBrcm4360 - fcvo patch , added Device FakeID under wifi 0x433114e4 in Config file using Clover Configurator and added FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext to /L/E , repaired permissions and rebuilt cache , restarted and I still am in the same situation Bluetooth will work however no wifi when I click on the wifi icon macOS says Wi-Fi:No Hardware Installed? Any suggestions? I really appreciate your assistance.
  3. Thank you Herve when I enter gflSqgAAdSk = into the Base64 to HExa converter tool in CC I get the following message Invalid base64 data , however when I enter gflSqgAAdSk = data into the text to Hex tool in CC I get a value , so I have patched the AirPortBrcm4360 with the values I shared in my post above using the using the text to Hex converter in CC then repair permissions and rebuild cache still no wifi ? I have uploaded an image from CC for you too look at
  4. 9. Thanks again Jake, Here is the output: 2018-02-21 08:54:59.350414+1100 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: PBTN LID0 XHC (User) 2018-02-21 08:54:59.350655+1100 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) Wake reason: PBTN LID0 XHC (User) So when I allow the laptop to goto sleep after five minutes the screen goes black and then the machine becomes completely unresponsive , the power led is still on however not flashing ...
  10. I ran the command however I am not sure where too look for the output? Also if I select sleep from the apple menu it will goto sleep properly and wake properly, it appears the problem arises when I select say 5 minutes to goto sleep in Energy Saver system preferences.
  11. By either hitting a key on the keyboard , clicking the buttons next to the touch pad and pressing the power key. Normally when the laptop is asleep the power led glows off and on , this isn't happening? Thanks for your quick reply
  12. Thank you Jake, Sorry for not reporting properly I have attached the debug zip file to this post. I tried the terminal commands you suggested to no avail. Thanks again debug_21547.zip

  15. Hi Jake, Thanks for all of your help , unfortunately I have created another problem , I was trying to fix a minor issue and after installing and reinstalling many times I have locked myself out of imessage. Would creating a new system ID and serial number fix the problem? If so would you be able to help me in resolving the issue? Any help would be much appreciated.
