Same outcome disabling secure boot. The BIOS skips the USB drive and continues with the next boot device. Even on the boot menu loader (F12), selecting the USB drive just refreshes the menu page. No error, it simply ignores the USB Drive.

Is there any setup similar to this laptop? I googled and there are no record of a Hackintosh P55v6 or it's older brethren. After some attempts to fix it. I returned the screen, since the quality was inferior to Dell's. I will try to find an exact replacement for it, lucklily I still have the OEM dead screen to track the product ID. Thank you for the help guys!

I just replaced my dead E6430 with a generic screen, however after loading OS Sierra, the image is repeated in 4 tiny windows, completely operational. Changing the screen size won't do anything. Only an external display will show the image correctly. Note: The old screen did not have this issue. Please see the screenshots.

Is there a way to inspect the component, and be sure that it's Intel Wireless? If that's the case does El Capitan has support for it? I can ditch Sierra just for the inconvenience.

Yes, the switch is set to ON, and it's also checked on the BIOS settings. Can anyone confirm that Wireless works on Sierra for E6420?

Jake, everything works except the wireless! In the network options "Wi-Fi" is grayed. What I'm missing?

I followed this guide step by step, this my clover setup and got stuck on the bios menu, the UEFI doesn't show a boot list to choose the USB drive. But F12 won't show any option to boot via USB, so I added these options on the UEFI Boot sequence: \EFI\BOOT\BOOTX64.EFI And \EFI\CLOVER\CLOVERX64.efi Both return a black screen. What am I doing wrong?
