thnx mate, well got a new problem, i tought everything worked but the LAN connection automaticly disconnects after a couple of minutes or when im trying to download big sized files. should i run myfix again after the update and edp? i can try it either way it doesnt gonne hurt me hackintosh, but maybe you know something more about it

Everything works great now, this is what i did Get BIOS Settings as provided post on the forums! Make sure to disable to WIFI in the bios to prevent Kernal Panics (crashes) Step 1. Create Lion OSX 10.7.2 (not higher!) Usb Disk With Myhack. Download bootpack for model, (included the kexts DSDT etc.) Extract the downloaded bootpack Open Myhack again and choose the Extra folder that you downloaded from the bootpack file. Step 2. Boot from USb and Install OSX Step 3. Install latest EDP, press (1) Configuration and choose model Step 4. install IO80211Family.kext with kextloader. Step 5. at this point wifi should work Reboot and run my hack --> myFix on the system device / Step 6. Download and install the OS X Combo Update from apple site, NOT from apple update! DO NOT reboot yet, RUN EDP pack again choose (1) and choose model, then its safe to reboot!

oki well thnx for everything mate! I got it working all now going to update with combo update and then rerun EDP --> select (1) and then reboot, i dont think this will be a problem. (not sure if i have to install the wifi kext again) but i will see then, i think i dont need but if i need it im going to install it with kextloader again, if the problems of the lan accurs again im going to run the myfix again so it should work again). I dont think im going to flash the BIOS cause everything is already working great now! I Also have a ML version on my Desktop. I now apple going to bring out the 10.8.3 soon, do you know if i can update ML from apple menu? Is there any paypal link so i can donate a few beers? im really glad to have this working now!

mm, is it much better to use a custom bios? there is one available for my dell d630 but is it really needit or does it improve the system if i install the bios?

thnx for all mate, almost did the apple os update form update cause i read also on this forum that i can use it, posted by a forum mod or admin not just a user so bit confusing about the update, i also read that i dont have to edp again after the update since edp v4 is out?

yeah, it works, so i did the myfix on the /. Rebooted and lan is working, wifi aswell . Now my last question is. What did the myfix? Did it disabled the IO80211Family? and if im formatting and do it again should i still use the IO80211Family? Can you explain to me what changed? htnx in advance!

im sorry i founded my system os partition in myhack i think its the / (without any more thing behind it) Running it now, i will post results back

i cant run myfix on my system disk (the partition where the osx is stored, its not showing in the dropdown box of myhack, myfix

I installed the kextr with kextloader, and the wifi card is from azurewave (coming from a asus) , i know it isnt really supported but the wifi does work now, but the lan did stopped , btw Herve thank you very much for all youre support, even if you dont know it, i read the hole d630 yesterday, almost everyones post and i learned alto of youre post im not sure if i can remove the kext and what will do then
