Yes, I created USB installer according to procedure here with myHack, retail OS X version and D830 nVidia bootpack. Bios is A16. I also have created the USB 3-4 times fresh now, have run myfix, verify on it etc. Have also tried USBBusFix as well. Still the same issue. Did not use a VM. I have spent a few days on this now. Maybe it is 140M. If anyone has any other ideas or encounters/solves this issue - please post your solution here. Thanks.

I am trying to install ML on a D830. My bios settings are as per pinned thread in osxlatitude forum (for D830, 135M with SATA in AHCI) and I have tried multiple times with various flags (cpus=1, -x, -v, -f, GraphicsEnabler, PciRoot etc.). Everytime my installer starts fine but crashes immediately after I select the install destination with this error: Can someone please help me?
