Hello all. I am attempting to 'hotpatch' my XPS 9343, but I am not sure I am on the right track. I do have a functional machine however. Biggest issue right now is no sound at all. I know the codec is ALC288 for this machine. I have tried Mirone's AppleHDA patcher as well as VoodooHDA without success. It seems something is preventing the OS to even see the vanilla AppleHDA.
