I have same laptop except the Nvidia also u need to upgrade your wifi. those current wifi won't work on it. and u need to whitelist your bios aswell for your wifi upgrade. https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Forum-WiFi-WWAN-Whitelist-Removal, make sure whitelist bios work before u buy upgrade wifi. sorry for my english. it my first time using the forum.
