Thanks Crew. Yeah AppleHDA in /S/L/E is untouched from installation, I believe it should be the original one. When you say updated AppleHDA_IDT, do you mean E6230_i5-3340M_HD4000_EC-Pack.zip ? I am trying that one now.

I am following this link: https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/8506-dell-latitude-inspiron-el-capitan-clover-guide/ to install 10.11.4 on E6430, had same problem, no audio,KP unless CPUs=1. Tried the suggested VoodooPS2Controller.kext, didn't fix the problem. Finally tried ApplePS2Controller.kext, that fixed the problem. I am still having audio problem.
