Broadcom Wifi BCM94352Z + BT 20702A3 updating macOS to high Sierra lost handoff and continuity

macOS high sierra update went rather well for my Dell Inspiron 15 7548, but as I was trying the new OS, I noticed that hand off & continuity were broken, I need some help to get it working again. thanks
