Hi,

Clover Version 4411

Bootpack latest from the guide, (Bios vA20)

Optiplex 9020, iGPU HD4600

I can not get Audio to work. No device is shown in the System Preferences.

I have attached the boot.log, DPCIManager, config.plist and the kernelbootlog (DarwinDumper)

boot.log:
1:656 0:005 Extra kext: EFI\CLOVER\kexts\Other\AppleHDA_ALC280.kext (v.9267.0)
1:661 0:004 Thinning fails
1:661 0:000 Thinning failed: EFI\CLOVER\kexts\Other\AppleHDA_ALC280.kext
kernel.log
kernel: (kernel) EAPDFix: OS X version 10.13.4
kernel: (kernel) EAPDFix: Failed to find Audio device HDEF.

Can someone pls take a look.

@Jake Lo:

I followed point 10. Generate own SMBios and SSDT from your Guide since a have another CPU installed. I got only one file.

Is this okay?

Do i need also make my own DSDT?

Thanks in Advance!

 Let's try a different option.

 Use Lilu.kext + AppleALC.kext to /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other. Switch to layout-ID =15 in Config file

Disable all the hot patches for Audio in KextToPatch and remove AppleHDA_ALC280.kext from /L/E

Repair permission and rebuild cache

I will do so in the next days.

As i read that you wrote sleep functionality is not working currently in HS I tried Sierra.

Audio works fine in Sierra. But sleep does not. When I push the Mac to sleep it sleeps for 1-2 sec and then get back.

Yes sleep works in Sierra perfectly. Make sure you DON'T interrupt it by touching keyboard or mouse as that will wait it back up.

If that's not the case, then do this. Enter the following in terminal and post the output here

log show --style syslog | fgrep "Wake reason"
