Run this in the terminal, reboot and see if it'll sleep after reboot

sudo pmset hibernatemode 0

sudo rm -f /var/vm/sleepimage

sudo pmset hibernatefile /dev/null

 

if still not sleeping either by closing the lid or by clicking sleep from the menu, then run this in the terminal and post the output

log show --style syslog --start "2018-11-20" | fgrep "Wake reason"

When I closed the lid or clicked the sleep from the menu,The music being played is interrupted , but the light of the power button is always on, not flashing, seems not real in sleep.

Follow this guide carefully under USB port Patching. You have all the kexts in place already, you need to boot with the options in the guide to generate the USBPorts kext

Thanks Jake,  I generated the USBports kext  based on the guide. 

 

but seems the sleep still not work.
