jpb18
Hi there! After 5 days of trial and error of trying to setup macOS X High Sierra on a Dell Optiplex 980, equiped with a Core i3 530 and a NVIDIA GT 710, I've managed to install it! I've done it using this tutorial: https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/329828-making-a-bootable-high-sierra-usb-installer-entirely-from-scratch-in-windows-or-linux-mint-without-access-to-mac-or-app-store-installerapp/ I've also added the USBInjectAll.kext extension as well and modified the clover configuration file a bit. However I've got a handfull of problems: 1 - I can only boot with the USB Drive plugged in (where I put the CLOVER parameters required before booting) 2 - It's fairly unstable: I've got kernel panics left and right everytime the CPU needs to do a certain amount of work 3 - The screen turns completely dark when I try to maximize any application Do you guys have any suggestion to solve those problems? Thanks!
Administrators Hervé Posted December 9, 2018 Administrators Share Posted December 9, 2018 Why don't you post your Clover EFI folder (less Themes subfolder) so that we have a look at it?
jpb18
Here's the content of the EFI partition, minus the themes folder. EFI Partition.zip
