yobro
Hi everyone, I recently got a e7240 which I installed Mojave 10.14.2 on straight away, made very easy thanks to the hard work of the hackintosh community and people on this site. I'm experiencing a very strange issue with the trackpad though, tap to click doesn't work after I log in. What makes this so strange is that tapping to click on my name in the login screen works fine but once I'm logged in (either as guest or as my user) tapping doesn't click anymore. Tap to click also worked fine in the installer. I'm using the bootpack for e7240 / e7440 which comes with VoodooPS2ControllerR6 Would be very thankful for any advice. Administrators Hervé Posted January 12, 2019 Administrators Share Posted January 12, 2019 You simply set it up in your PrefPane.
yobro
I thought VoodooPS2Controller wasn't recognised as a proper Trackpad but I was wrong. I checked the Trackpad settings in System Preferences and I found the tap to click setting in there. Thank you Hervé!
Administrators Hervé Posted January 13, 2019 Administrators Share Posted January 13, 2019 Yup, those latest R4/R5/R6 versions of the kext as found in Dr Hurt's dedicated thread bring out full support (so to speak) for the TouchPad.
