nenain
Hi Everybody, I started to install from scratch Mojave in order to replace High Sierra which worked fine. But after copying files, on the first reboot, during the verbose installation I have a Kernel Panic. I don't know what to do... Any idea ?
Moderators Jake Lo Posted January 12, 2019 Moderators Share Posted January 12, 2019 Update your bootpack, replace into /EFI/Clover
nenain
Hi Jake, I used this bootpack (Exx50_Mojave.zip) , in fact I followed your guide (but I didn't use the Generic EFI). But may be I did a mistake, I'm going to restart from the start !
nenain
Ok, I have replaced all the content /EFI with the generique EFI, added the bootpack into /EFI/Clover and IntelGraphicsDVMTFixup.kext and replaced lilu.kext with the newest version (1.3.1). But the result was the same as before, kernel panic on the first reboot...
nenain
Hi, Finally I had the time yesterday to redo calmly the installation from scratch and now it works fine ! I don't know what I did wrong previously, but I suspect some mistakes I did about the right selection "boot macos install from" and maybe also I booted from the hdd instead from the USB stick after the first reboot...
